ANALISIS SWOT RENCANA STRATEGIS PERGURUAN TINGGI: STUDI KASUS POLITEKNIK PGRI BANTEN

Abstract

PGRI Banten Polytechnic is a vocational higher education in Banten Province which is required to have a higher education development strategy so that there will always be continuous improvement. Data analysis was carried out by determining the identification of internal and external issues that had an effect on the formulation of a superior school quality management design strategy. The results of the study concluded that the position of the quadrant of calculating IFE and EFE is quadrant 1 or SO (Strength Opportunity). The value score from the IFE calculation (2.927) is at the point of the axis of the axis in the SWOT quadrant. While the score for the EFE calculation is (0.13) which is at the point of the ordinate axis in the SWOT quadrant. So that the position of the Banten PGRI Polytechnic position is in quadrant I with coordinates (2.927; 0.13) which indicates the SO strategy, namely the position of the Banten PGRI Polytechnic now has opportunities and strengths, so it is necessary to take advantage of existing opportunities optimally to increase strength by implementing strategies that supports aggressive growth policies (aggressive strategy)
