Abstract

An organization has a different climate, this climate is very important to determine how the work system in it makes employees comfortable in carrying out their work. In an organization, a variety of individual characteristics are formed, this is what needs to be considered by every organizational leader in uniting the ideas and opinions of each member in it, the organization is formed by leaders who are able to mobilize their members, employees who implement the company's ideas to create superior products, an organizational climate that helps employee performance. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between organizational climate and leadership style, organizational behavior in a company, organizational structure to work climate. The analysis method used is literature review, including various reference sources that are in accordance with the topic discussed. The results of the analysis show that the organizational climate affects the success of an organization in creating a comfortable working atmosphere, superior human resources and achieving organizational goals effectively and efficiently.
