EMPLOYEE RESILIENCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE: PERSPECTIVE OF LITERATURE REVIEW

Resilience is the ability of individuals to survive, bounce back, adapt, and be effective after experiencing negative things in their lives. The resilience of each individual is different from various factors such as external support, individual abilities, experience, and competencies. The purpose of this study is to describe 1) factors that can increase employee resilience, 2) the relationship between resilience and individual health, 3) the concept of employee resilience, 4) how to improve employee resilience, 5) the influence of Employee Resilience on organizational resilience. The method used is literature review by reviewing various literature reviews, especially journals related to the research theme. The reading results of various theories and research results are classified according to the research theme, to be further analyzed using textual analysis. The results of the analysis are then concluded by referring to the formulation of the problem. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that resilience is very important to be developed in every individual, with strong resilience humans can survive in any situation and be able to overcome problems that occur in their lives. Individual resilience is not only needed in daily life, in the world of work, of course, companies need employees who have good resilience, in order to maintain their existence in a job. Employee resilience in all possibilities that occur in the company, whether it is a change in regulations or an external situation that requires employees to adapt quickly, cannot be separated from the company's support to increase the resilience of its employees. With high employee resilience, the company can survive well in any situation.Downloads
