The COVID-19 pandemic and the Epidemiological Transition are the drivers of the development of an increasingly advanced health system. The revolution in the health service industry makes all health service industry operators compete with each other to compete for competitive advantages in the midst of Indonesia's potential health market. The urge to supervise competition in the health industry that is free from elements of crime is very important to ensure that in the environment of the health service industry there is no one disadvantaged. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of competition in the health service industry in the clinic, hospital, health insurance, clinical pharmacy, medical device and traditional medicine industry in Indonesia from the perspective of business competition law and review the role of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (ICC) in preventing monopolistic practices and unfair business competition in the health service subsector. The results of the study show that the competition in the health service industry is hidden but dangerous, namely cheating in the hands of patients, the health business mafia and the monopoly of companies that occupy the highest health business ratings. In addition, it was found that the fact of supervision of competition in the health service industry was very intriguing.Downloads
