REALITAS SOSIAL EKONOMI PENDAPATAN NEGARA BUKAN PAJAK DENGAN AGEN DI VESSEL TRAFFIC SERVICE (VTS) MERAK SAAT ERA PANDEMI COVID -19

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: a) describe the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on PNBP with agents of vts merak, b) the ability of socio-economic reality in administrative management and transactions in guiding efforts to prevent, control and break the chain of the spread of vocid-19 in vts merak, Banten.
The research method used is a qualitative method with an ethnomethodological approach. The research was conducted in June 2021. The location of this research is the Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) Merak, Banten. Research informants are office employees and various relevant agents related to this research. The process of selecting key informants and informants rolls like a snowball. To increase the validity of the data, the researcher checked, rechecked and cross-checked and spent more time with the informants. Data collection methods used participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using four steps of qualitative research, including data collection, data classification according to friends/problem formulation, data filtering and conclusion drawing.
Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on ship agencies is that there is no decrease in revenue due to ship activities that operate as usual and conduct online pnbp document affairs. This study also concluded a resilience strategy
