This study aims to determine how much influence work discipline has on employee performance, the purpose of this research is to determine the work discipline of PT. BWJ Tanjung Lesung Beach Hotel, to determine the effect of employee performance at PT. BWJ Tanjung Lesung Beach Hotel.
The method in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were 139 people taken from PT. BWJ Tanjung Lesung Beach Hotel with a sample of 35 respondents using the random sampling formula (random sample). The technique of distributing questionnaires using accidental techniques. Based on the results of the recapitulation of respondents' responses to Work Discipline, it was obtained a score of 1677 that the employee's performance was very strong. This can be seen from the results of the recapitulation of respondents' responses, totaling 35 respondents with a score of 1728.
The results of the correlation coefficient analysis showed the results of r = 0.9902. This shows that there is a positive influence with a very strong correlation on the performance of the employees of PT. BWJ Tanjung Lesung Beach Hotel.
The analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that work discipline contributes as much as 98.04% to the performance of the employees of PT. BWJ Tanjung Lesung Beach Hotel.
The result of t count is 40,631 and t table 2,035 means t count > t table so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and it can be significant that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT. BWJ Tanjung Lesung Beach Hotel.
