Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: a) describe the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the business of selling fried chicken at the Sakina Chicken & Burger restaurant in Serang City, b) How strategic management is being carried out to continue to increase sales during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The research method used is a qualitative method with an ethnomethodological approach. The research was conducted in July 2021. The location of this research is Sakina Chicken & Burger restaurant in all branches of Serang City. Research informants include the shop head/leader of Sakina Chicken & Burger and various relevant parties related to this research.  Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in decreased turnover.,
