PENGARUH BAURAN PROMOSI TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG PADA HOTEL TANJUNG LESUNG

In facing this intense competition and in the future, organizations need professional employees, namely employees who are not only able to master, understand and carry out their duties on the basis of knowledge, but are also able to work productively, efficiently and innovatively with integrity. The highest values are sincerity and honesty (virtuous). These requirements are expected to make the organization have a competitive advantage and be able to increase organizational profitability
The aims of this study include: to find out how the promotion mix is at the Tanjung Lesung Hotel, to find out how the tourists' interest in visiting the Tanjung Lesung Hotel is and to find out how the promotion mix influences the tourists' interest in visiting the Tanjung Lesung Hotel.
The research method used in writing this thesis uses descriptive quantitative research methods, namely research methods that aim to make descriptions in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner.
The effect of the promotion mixes on visiting interest is proven. It can be seen that based on the results of the t-test calculation, it is found that t_count > t_table or 1996 > -697, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null/zero hypothesis (H_0) is rejected. This proves that the initial hypothesis can be accepted so that if the promotion mix is increased, the interest in visiting tourists will increase.
